The Australian Government has committed $1 billion to the Scheme over four years to stimulate construction of up to 50,000 high quality homes and apartments, providing affordable private rental properties for Australians and their families. How much is the incentive? Currently the incentive is approximately $9,140 per annum paid for 10 years TAX FREE, indexed to Rental CPI. What are the main conditions for receiving NRAS?
What are the tenant’s income limits? The income limits are generous and ensure that the target demographic (constituted by Middle income tenants such as nurses, policemen, government workers, etc) will benefit from NRAS. Tenant income limits
